3003323956-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Talkspace is seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors/Therapists to provide remote, evidence-based care through our secure digital platform. In this role, you'll deliver individual psychotherapy via text, audio, and video to clients nationwide, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress in our EHR. You'll manage your own caseload, collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team, and use data-informed tools to guide care. Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy via secure text, audio, and video sessions Conduct clinical assessments and formulate DSM-5-aligned diagnoses and treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate EHR documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards Monitor risk, conduct crisis assessments, and follow safety and escalation protocols as needed Utilize evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT) and outcome measures to guide treatment Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and care team members within the Talkspace platform Manage a remote caseload, maintaining engagement and therapeutic alliance with diverse clients Participate in ongoing clinical consultation, supervision, and professional development Required Skills Individual psychotherapy Diagnostic assessment (DSM-5/ICD-10) Treatment planning Crisis/risk assessment Electronic health records (EHR) documentation CBT/DBT or other evidence-based modalities Telehealth platforms Safety and escalation protocols Outcome measurement tools HIPAA-compliant communication
