Job Description
Oneida Health is currently seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Professional to expand the behavioral health and collaborative care services team in primary and specialty care offices. The Behavioral Health Professional is an active member of the primary care treatment team. They are responsible for providing consultation to the primary care team and developing therapeutic relationships that include addressing the complex bio-psychosocial needs of the patient. The scope of practice includes but is not limited to conducting behavioral health screenings, comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, advocacy, and resource identification and linkage.
