Position Summary:

The Mental Health Clinician provides assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and ongoing support to individuals experiencing mental health, emotional, or behavioral challenges. The clinician conducts mental health assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, provides therapeutic interventions, documents patient progress, and coordinates care with nurses, physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.

Job Duties:

Conduct mental health assessments and identify patient needs. Provide individual and/or group counseling and therapeutic support. Respond to mental health and behavioral health crises. Develop and monitor individualized treatment and care plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Note:

• Two (2) years of experience.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field License in Mental Health Counseling Licensure in Psychology New York State License in Social Work HAL01
