The Role Victory Recovery Partners is a mission-driven outpatient recovery center built around one idea: care shouldn't be scattered across five different providers. We put Medication Assisted Treatment, Behavioral Health, Wellness, and Psychiatry under one roof - which means as a counselor here, you're not chasing outside referrals to get your clients what they need. You coordinate with the psychiatrist and MAT team down the hall. We're hiring one full-time counselor for our Hempstead program. This is direct, patient-centered clinical work: biopsychosocial assessments, individual and group counseling, case management, crisis intervention, and treatment/discharge planning for your caseload. This is a guaranteed-salary position, not fee-for-service - you're paid your base rate plus can earn incentive pay to be discussed during the interview. Spanish fluency is a strong plus for this location (not required, but it will move your application to the top if you have it).
