Duties/Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group therapy for assigned caseload. Provide case management for assigned caseload. Furnish in-depth psychosocial assessments and screenings to determine appropriateness for treatment and level of care. Provide crisis intervention as needed with referrals to assist clients in meeting their treatment plan and goals. Maintain appropriate clinical documentation in compliance with OASAS guidelines. Document all notes from patient sessions in Electronic Medical Records system.
Experience, Education and Required Skills/Abilities:
CASAC, CASAC-T, LMSW, LMHC and MSW certifications/licensure. Highly motivated to work with patients with substance use Salary commensurate with experience.
