Outpatient Mental Health Therapist - Flexible, Supportive, and Impactful! Are you passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults reach their full potential? Red Oak is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families. This is a part-time or full-time opportunity. Your Role:
Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans. Provide psychotherapeutic care, counseling, and care coordination. Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to support client progress. Maintain timely and compliant documentation while contributing to quality care and program success. Requirements:
Minimum of a Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work with an Ohio Professional Counselor or LSW licensure status. Demonstrated experience in the treatment of children, adolescents, adults and families individually and in group modality. Ability to reasonably problem solve complex and possible crisis mental health client problems. Ability to develop and write clear, concise documents involving client outcome reporting requirements. Effective time management and interviewing skills. Acceptance and dedication toward the Mission of Red Oak Behavioral Health.
