Mental Health Therapist Full time | Day Shift | Great Pay & Benefits | Ages 4-12 We are currently hiring a Intake Therapist in the Cleveland area. This is an opportunity to be at the center of children's journeys, delivering impactful care while working as part of a close-knit, interdisciplinary team.

Competitive annual salary: $60,000 - $70,000

RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Intake Therapist at InspireKids, you will play a vital role in helping children and families begin their treatment journey. You will conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, determine the appropriate level of care, and develop individualized treatment recommendations using developmentally appropriate, evidence-based practices in our outpatient clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessments for children and adolescents. Complete CANS assessments and all required clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Develop individualized treatment plans and recommend the appropriate level of care and services. Collaborate with families, referral sources, and the clinical team to ensure a smooth transition into treatment. Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and risk assessments when clinically indicated. Educate parents and caregivers on treatment recommendations, available services, and next steps. Coordinate with physicians, schools, community providers, and other referral sources as appropriate. Maintain compliance with agency policies, OhioMHAS and Medicaid regulations, HIPAA, and documentation standards. Participate in clinical supervision, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in a mental health field Ohio state licensure (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT, IMFT, CT, SWT, MFTT, etc.) 2 or more years of mental health experience, preferably with children Experience with play-based, trauma-informed, and behavioral interventions Ability to build meaningful connections with children and families Comfort navigating crisis situations with calm and clarity Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bilingual English Spanish is a plus
