Job Description

POSITION INFORMATION
Position summary: Responsible for coordination and supervision of the care for all mental health PHP/IOP patients per physician orders and in collaboration with the Multidisciplinary Team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Masters' Degree in Psychology, Social Work or other related field. Required length and type of experience: One to two years experience in a mental health treatment setting with experience in facilitating group therapies and individual counseling is preferred. Required licensure, certification or registry: Licensed Social Worker (LSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor
