Job Description

Fort Meigs Wellness & Behavioral Health, a small private practice located in Perrysburg, Ohio, is growing and seeking a full-time therapist. Qualified candidates will have a valid Counselor, Social Worker, and/or MFT license in the State of Ohio. An independent license is preferred, but supervision can be provided for non-independently licensed candidates. Strong candidates will have great clinical and organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and preferably have an interest in working with children and/or couples. All candidates must be willing to operate as an Independent Contractor. Responsibilities include completing diagnostic assessments and treatment plans, providing mental health treatment to individuals, couples, or families, and maintaining accurate and timely documentation. $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
