Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Mental Health Clinician , you will play a crucial role in providing counseling/therapy and support to children, adolescents, and families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing individual and/or family therapy tailored to each client's needs. Conducting consultations and coordinating care with families and other professionals for a holistic treatment approach. Maintaining thorough and timely documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards. Adhere to clinic policies, ethical standards, and payer requirements

About You:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled clinician who is committed to improving the well-being of others.

Ideal candidates will have:

A master's or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field. Licensure in Ohio (LP, LPCC, LISW, LMFT). Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic setting. Ability to provide afternoon and evening appointments. Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for mental health care.

Compensation:

Independent Contractor Position 1099: ​​​​​​​ Percentage-based split of fees from services provided. This structure allows for earnings to scale directly with the volume of client services delivered, offering control over your earning capacity.
