Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care Facilities Location:
Rockford, Ohio (Statewide opportunities available)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional psychotherapist to provide therapy in a nursing home and Assisted living setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of the residents. Support residents in adjusting to facility life and addressing grief, loss, or other emotional challenges. Collaborate with facility staff, families, and other healthcare providers
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy. Active Ohio as one of the following:
LIMFT/LPCC/LISW/LMHC
Strong understanding of the mental health needs of elderly and subacute populations. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar settings. Knowledge of dementia care and behavior management techniques. Willingness to travel up to 45 minutes.
