, or LPCC license required. Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Behavioral Healthcare Provider to deliver behavioral health services to clients across a variety of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will provide assessments, counseling, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and case coordination while working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to support positive client outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychosocial assessments and behavioral health evaluations. Provide individual, family, and group counseling. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans. Assess client progress and modify interventions as needed. Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including social histories, treatment summaries, and other required records. Coordinate referrals and follow-up services with community agencies and healthcare providers. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and court hearings as required. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and departmental policies and regulations. Qualifications Active Ohio LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC license required. Strong knowledge of behavioral health practices, crisis intervention, counseling techniques, and case management. Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. .

Pay:
