The starting pay range begins at $57,500 and is based on licensure and experience. The Agency offers 3 Health Plans to choose from, and pays all the premiums with no out-of-pocket costs to the employee for one of the medical plan options. Beginning January 01, We offer a 401(k) with company match, which is 100% vested! After an eligibility period, new employees receive 1 week of Vacation time after 90 days and 2 additional weeks after the first year, in addition to 7 paid Sick days and 11 Company Holidays ! We provide clinicians with company provided Clinical Supervision , as well as company paid license renewal and increase. Service delivery expectation is 22 - 25 hours of direct service weekly

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical services/assessment services within Outpatient and ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) Team Ability to provide clinical interactions which reflect competency, demonstrate clinical judgments which are appropriate to client's functioning and agency's risk tolerance standards. Deliver accurate, substantive and timely documentation which meets best practice guidelines and regulatory standards. Integrate all relevant referral information into the assessment process, and acquire additional collateral information as needed. Collaborate with the program manager to determine and designate site and supervision protocols, and assess and determine client level of care changes (decisions related to admission, transfer/discharge, and step-up). Provide a minimum of 25 hours of billable services based on a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Counseling or Social Work and licensed independently in the state of Ohio (LPCC or LISW), with two years of relevant experience preferred. Basic computer literacy to include experience in the use of word processing (ex. Microsoft Word); Previous experience with electronic health records is preferred.
