Job Duties To provide individual, and group counseling services when clinically indicated. To provide as-needed diagnostic assessments of adults as appropriate. To provide crisis intervention services as needed and clinically indicated. Minimum Qualifications Masters Degree in Counseling or Social Work and licensed in the State of Ohio (LPC or LSW).
