In this role, you will help clients navigate emotional, behavioral, and life challenges while supporting their overall well-being through ethical, evidence-based care. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy services tailored to client needs using evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as appropriate. Collaborate with other care providers, referral sources, and support services to coordinate care as needed. Assess risk and respond appropriately to concerns related to safety, crisis intervention, and mandated reporting. Support clients in building coping skills, resilience, and long-term strategies for wellness. Uphold all ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements associated with licensed practice. What We're Looking For Current, active licensure in good standing as an LPC, LCSW, or PhD-level clinician, depending on role requirements. Demonstrated experience providing mental health counseling or psychotherapy in a clinical setting. Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and intervention skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds. Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of confidentiality standards, ethical practice, and applicable laws and regulations. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative care environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with a variety of presenting concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, or life transitions. Training in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care. Experience providing services in outpatient, private practice, community mental health, or integrated care settings. Multilingual abilities or experience serving diverse populations.
