Since 1974, we have been a vital resource for promoting safety, stability, and healing through a wide range of programs including outpatient mental health counseling and crisis intervention. Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Outpatient Counselor to provide mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing individual, family, and group counseling, developing treatment plans, maintaining clinical documentation, and coordinating care to support positive client outcomes. Qualified clinicians may also provide alcohol and drug counseling services when within their scope of practice and credentialing requirements. We welcome fully licensed professionals as well as candidates actively receiving board-approved supervision toward licensure. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group counseling services. Conduct assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning. Maintain a minimum of 25 face-to-face client hours per week. Provide telehealth services as appropriate. Deliver alcohol and drug counseling services consistent with licensure, scope of practice, and credentialing. Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives. Complete case management activities, including referrals, coordination of care, and collaboration with community resources. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, progress notes, and reports. Participate in clinical staffing meetings and other required agency meetings. Assist with program evaluations, needs assessments, and agency initiatives. Maintain all licensure, certification, supervision, and continuing education requirements. Work independently while collaborating effectively with agency staff and community partners. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Candidates must meet the minimum requirements of a Mental Health Professional (MHP) as defined by the Oklahoma Health Care Authority.

Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) Licensed Psychologists Licensed Behavioral Practitioners Licensed or board-eligible Psychiatrists Psychiatric Mental Health Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (PMH-APRN) We also encourage applications from individuals actively receiving board-approved supervision toward licensure. Candidates providing substance use treatment services must meet applicable Alcohol and Other Drug Treatment Professional (AODTP) requirements. LPCs may provide alcohol and drug counseling services when such services fall within their scope of practice and credentialing requirements.
