As a CARF accredited agency we provide psychotherapy and case management services to individuals and families in their home environment, as well as, in a residential care facilities.

Core Responsibilities:

Provides individual, family and/or group psychotherapy to clients as described in the treatment plan. Conducts mental health assessments for children, adolescents, adults and develop treatment plans accordingly. Maintains current, accurate, and clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plan extensions, and monthly reports; Attend monthly team and staff meetings. Must have a Master's Degree in a counseling or related field. Positions also require one of the following: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LBP, or Candidates for supervision in the State of Oklahoma with up to 50 percent of supervision paid to a cap . Position available in the Midwest City offices that services Midwest city, Okc, Yukon, Moore, Norman and other surrounding areas. Please include your contact information in your resume.
