Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Licensed Professional Counselor

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team and serve children, adolescents and adults. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health counseling to individuals and groups, addressing a variety of mental health issues, and supporting clients in their journey toward recovery. This role requires a strong commitment to client care, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a clinical setting and community stakeholders. Responsibilities Conduct individual, family and group therapy sessions to address mental health concerns. Utilize evidence-based practices in mental health counseling, including behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. Provide crisis management support and develop safety plans for clients in distress. Facilitate addiction counseling sessions for clients struggling with substance use disorders. Engage in case management activities, coordinating care with other healthcare providers as needed. Implement telehealth services to reach clients who may not be able to attend in-person sessions.. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations. Experience A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required. Valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor or MHP Candidate. Proven experience in mental health counseling, including crisis management and therapy facilitation. Familiarity with counseling techniques and behavioral therapy practices is highly desirable. Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methods is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
