Helping Hand Therapy is a small trauma-informed practice in Oregon's Rogue Valley built on a simple conviction: every client carries an internal healer, and our job is to help them find it. We are growing on purpose. Our waitlist has outgrown our two founding clinicians, a new front desk teammate just joined so clinicians can stay focused on clinical work, and our new Medford building is under renovation right now. You would be our third clinician and the first hire in a deliberate plan to keep growing, with room to shape your specialty and this practice as both get bigger. This posting is for our adult and older adult caseload: depression, anxiety, and trauma work with adults across the lifespan, including a meaningful number of older adults on Medicare. If you are enrolled with Medicare or willing to enroll with our support, this caseload is waiting for you. The structure, in plain terms. W-2 employment. A full caseload is 20 to 23 client hours a week plus two protected hours for consultation, training, and admin: a 25-hour week, in writing, with the client hours a ceiling and the protected hours real. You start part time while insurance credentialing completes (we handle it, at our expense) and grow to full caseload on a written schedule. Pay is per completed session with a guaranteed monthly minimum during the ramp, placed on three experience tiers: about $67K a year at full caseload for the recently licensed, about $72K for roughly three to seven years of licensed practice or a strong specialty background, and about $78K for seven plus years or a completed specialty credential such as EMDR certification or a play therapy credential.

with a 3 percent match beginning with 2027 eligibility plus financial planning support, a health benefit currently being finalized, and support with loan repayment applications for eligible hires. Sessions are in person in Ashland to start; when the Medford renovation finishes, that building becomes your clinical home, and we are telling you now so you can plan around it.
