We are seeking a dedicated counselor to join our outpatient behavioral health team. Bring your skills, compassion, and energy to help clients thrive.
Job Summary:
Provide assessment and counseling treatment for clients in an outpatient mental health setting. Conduct yourself professionally, maintain confidentiality, and continue to develop your clinical skills. Flexible schedule to meet client needs. Provide additional Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services as needed.
Education & Licensure:
Master's degree or doctorate in social work, psychology, counseling, or human services required. LCSW, LPA, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist licensure in Oregon required.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Clinical counseling experience with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, seeking consultation when needed. Experience facilitating groups and delivering presentations preferred.
Essential Job Functions:
Communicate clearly, including verbal, written, telephone, and electronic methods. Maintain current knowledge of community providers and resources. Demonstrate sound judgment. Listen attentively to client concerns and provide assessment. Deliver culturally informed, high-quality therapy. Create and implement treatment plans. Share on-call responsibilities. Other duties as assigned.
Marginal Job Functions:
