We provide treatment for mental health conditions, substance use disorders, trauma, and co-occurring disorders through a collaborative team approach that includes therapy, medication management, care coordination, and family-centered services. What You'll Do Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy in a supportive, trauma-informed environment. Conduct assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans. Maintain timely clinical documentation and treatment records. Utilize evidence-based and holistic approaches to support client growth and healing. Collaborate with medication management providers and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care. Maintain and manage a consistent caseload. Contribute to program development, clinical consultation, and quality improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For Active Oregon license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, or other independently licensed behavioral health professional Ability to obtain and maintain insurance credentialing (we'll assist with the process) Experience with EHR systems and telehealth platforms Strong assessment, diagnostic, treatment planning, and documentation skills Ability to independently manage a clinical caseload Commitment to trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered treatment Interest in collaborative, integrated behavioral healthcare Passion for serving individuals, families, and the Klamath Basin community Bring Your Specialty to Place2Heal We welcome clinicians with specialized training, certifications, or innovative program ideas.
