September 1, 2026 Make a Difference in Students' Lives PsychPlus is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to provide behavioral health services to students in Douglas County, Oregon . This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about supporting children and adolescents in a school-based setting while enjoying the flexibility of a part-time independent contractor role. Services may be delivered in person (preferred) or virtually via telehealth , depending on student and district needs. Position Highlights Part-Time (1099 Independent Contractor) Minimum commitment of 12 hours per week , with opportunities for additional hours based on program needs Flexible scheduling Combination of onsite and telehealth services Opportunity to positively impact student mental health and well-being Key Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy services to students in a school-based setting. Conduct intake and psychotherapy evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on students' clinical needs. Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation. Collaborate with school personnel, families, and other healthcare professionals when appropriate. Deliver high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based behavioral health care. Qualifications Active Oregon license as one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Experience working with children and adolescents is preferred. Excellent communication, documentation, and clinical assessment skills. Ability to provide onsite services in Douglas County is preferred; telehealth capability is also welcomed. Compensation Compensation is paid per completed service: Intake / Psychotherapy Evaluation (60 minutes): $65 Established Patient Psychotherapy (40 minutes): $55 Established Patient Psychotherapy (20 minutes): $45 Why Join PsychPlus?
