Job Description
Overview HYB Counseling is a community-based behavioral health organization dedicated to helping youth, young adults, and families create lasting change. Our clinicians don't simply provide office-based therapy, we meet clients where they are, working alongside schools, juvenile justice systems, homeless shelters, treatment courts, and community organizations to remove barriers to care. We believe therapy should be practical, relationship driven, and focused on helping clients develop the skills needed to succeed long after treatment ends. HYB Counseling is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically strong Licensed Mental Health Therapist or Associate Therapist to join our growing team.
This clinician will provide assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing individual, family, and group therapy to youth and adults experiencing behavioral health, substance use, trauma, and life adjustment challenges. Several services are community-based, requiring flexibility and a willingness to collaborate with schools, courts, probation officers, case managers, shelter staff, and families. Responsibilities Complete comprehensive behavioral health assessments Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Complete progress notes within required timelines Coordinate care with schools, probation officers, physicians, treatment providers, and community partners Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Maintain ethical and professional clinical standards Assist clients in achieving measurable treatment goals Maintain an active caseload of approximately 20-30 clinical hours per week Minimum qualifications LPC, LCSW, LMFT, (etc) or LPC registered associate Preferred qualifications Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred. Background in working with adolescents. Independent worker / self-motivated. Background working in SUD services.
