You're passionate about helping young clients—from preschoolers to adolescents—develop emotional awareness, resilience, and coping skills, while also supporting parents and caregivers in their roles.

You bring empathy and clinical expertise to working with children and teens who experience the world intensely, and are confident in helping families understand and support their unique needs.

Your Role:
Provide individual and family therapy to children and adolescents, with a focus on emotional regulation, social skills, anxiety, and behavior challenges. Offer parent support sessions to help caregivers implement strategies that reinforce growth at home. Run groups or workshops for children or parents on relevant topics such as managing big feelings, setting boundaries, or supporting sensitive kids. Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and best practices. Engage in professional development to stay current with evidence-based approaches to child and family therapy.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Licensed in Pennsylvania. Experience or specialized training in working with highly sensitive and/or neurodivergent children and adolescents. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
