Facilitate group counseling sessions twice weekly. Conduct mental health assessments for newly admitted and ongoing UACs. Screen for trauma history and indicators of human trafficking. Deliver crisis support services and coordinate emergency behavioral health responses as needed. Document clinical services in the UAC Portal and confidential health record system. Provide child-facing clinical services on-site at the assigned program location. Participate in clinical case review meetings and consultation with the Lead Clinician. Complete required training on evidence-based practices in mental and behavioral health care delivery. Exercise independent judgment consistent with program policy, ORR requirements, and applicable law. Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with children, families, and staff. Maintain regular, reliable attendance and respond promptly to program needs, including outside standard business hours when required by the role. Helping Others Qualifications Required:

Must be at least 21 years of age. Master's or doctorate degree from an accredited program, university, or college in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or another behavioral discipline requiring clinical experience. Licensed or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania. Non-licensed staff must be actively working toward licensure and attain licensure within three (3) years of the employment date. Must exhibit integrity and good moral character appropriate for working with children in a residential or foster care setting. Must successfully complete ORR-required background investigations. Must provide proof of immunity to vaccine-preventable diseases transmitted by the respiratory route (Varicella, MMR, Tdap, annual Influenza) and comply with all state licensing health screening requirements, including TB screening. Must complete all ORR-required pre-service training as required and scheduled by ORR. Must sign and comply with CHOR's Code of Conduct, confidentiality acknowledgement, and mandatory reporter agreement. Must disclose any prior misconduct, including conduct occurring off duty, on employment applications and during interviews. Material omissions are grounds for termination.

Preferred:

Experience providing clinical services to children, adolescents, or vulnerable populations. Experience in trauma-informed care and behavioral health services. Schedule Full-Time /

Exempt Shift Schedule:
