Compensation:

Base salary plus a revenue split based on reimbursement for sessions held. Position Overview Redwood Counseling, LLC is seeking a compassionate Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide ethical, client-centered psychotherapy in a supportive, trauma-informed private practice. Newly (professional, not associate) licensed and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities

Provide intakes and individual, couples, and/or family therapy within your scope of practice.

Use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches tailored to each client.

Complete timely assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and risk documentation.

Maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and compliance with legal, ethical, and practice requirements.

Use SimplePractice and Google Workspace and attend biweekly group practice meetings.

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling or a related clinical mental health field.

Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania LPC license in good standing.

Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and commitment to ethical, inclusive, trauma-informed care.

Ability to work independently, seek consultation when needed, and pass a background check.

Reliable internet and a private telehealth setting, if applicable.
