DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will provide supportive case management to students and families and assist in assessing school and community resources (K-12). The candidate will participate in collaborative sessions with educational staff to promote "best practice" initiatives, coordinate student referral process, participate in Student Assistance program trainings and meetings.
REQUIREMENTS
Master's Degree and appropriate PA Secondary School Counselor 7-12 certification. Experienced counselor preferred •If applicant requires a PDE Emergency Permit, contract eligibility is not applicable, and the vacancy becomes a Long Term Substitute position
