Job Description
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in a mental health-related field. Behavior management skills/case management/ experience with special education students, especially those with emotional disturbances would be beneficial. Must have the ability to be trained and utilize TACT-2 methods of behavior assessment and apply restraint when necessary. Must have basic computer skills to utilize both CIU-20 computer-based and web-based programs . Description Mental Health Worker for the Emotional Support Program. Position beginning with the start of the 2026-2027 School Year. Provide direct treatment and educational strategies in a supportive role to meet individualized treatment of assigned students. Provide monitoring services on each individual treatment plan to ensure compliance with the Department of Public Welfare and Colonial IU 20 standards. The salary represents a 188-day work year. New employees who begin after the first day of the school year will have their salary prorated to the numbers of work days remaining in the school year. See link for job description .
