Pediatrics Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Clinical Services Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs and measurable goals. Provide individual, family, and collateral counseling services. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate for children and adolescents. Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as clinically indicated. Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans accordingly. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support treatment goals. Coordinate care with schools, pediatricians, psychiatrists, case managers, and other community providers. Attend all staff meetings, trainings and supervision

Experience:

Must be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), LMFT, or LCSW Knowledge of pediatric counseling techniques and strategies such as play therapy. Proficiency in conducting child and family counseling sessions. Enjoy being a part of a cohesive team of like minded clinicians; enjoy collaboration with staff, and being an active member of our positive workplace culture. Willingness to see a minimum of 25-30 clients per week. Working until 7-8pm at least three evenings per week is essential.
