ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Therapist at Pathways for Change Children's Counseling Center, you'll do more than provide therapy, you'll become part of a team built around exceptional care for children, adolescents, young adults, and the families who support them. Our therapists provide both in-person and virtual services, building meaningful relationships with clients and caregivers while taking the time to understand the whole child, not simply a diagnosis or set of symptoms. You'll help families understand the therapeutic process, stay engaged in treatment, and develop skills that create meaningful, lasting change. At Pathways, clinicians are supported in developing areas of expertise and becoming exceptionally skilled at the work they love. Our practice incorporates evidence-based treatment alongside creative, developmentally appropriate approaches including play therapy, sand tray, art-based interventions, virtual reality, group programming, and family work. You'll work alongside an experienced clinical team in a collaborative environment where consultation, professional development, and high clinical standards are part of the culture. We are currently seeking dedicated therapists to join our growing Lehigh Valley team, providing therapy to children, adolescents, teens, young adults, and their caregivers. We are especially interested in clinicians who genuinely enjoy working with children and families and who want to build a long-term clinical career, not simply fill a caseload.
