Responsibilities include:
- Completing EHCA's Behavioral/ Maladaptive assessments
- Attending all resident Psych Reviews
- Participating in the Behavioral Review Committee
- Maintaining an updated schedule for re-evaluations, program reviews, ISP reports, etc Developing, training, and monitoring Behavioral Support Plans
- Attending meetings as needed (ISP, residential group home, etc.)
- Serving as the co-chair of the EHCA Human & Legal Rights Committee
- Participating as an instructor in the education of the identified crisis training course
- Traveling to identified EHCA locations within multiple counties Benefits for the Behavior Health Professional, 37.5 HPW (hours per week) position: All positions are eligible for matching 401K

The Behavioral Health Professional will have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a human services or closely related field, plus experience with behavioral assessments and behavioral plans.
As well as:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with associates, supervisors, department heads, and employees. Working knowledge of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and other related applications.
Successfully complete Act 33, 34 & 73 clearances.
Maintain a current, valid driver's license. Summary There is no remote option for this position. EOE #IND
