Job Description

Position:
The Mental Health Professional provides clinical oversight for the Female Step Down Program. The Mental Health Professional provides clinical services to the youth and oversees the implementation of each person's served treatment program. This individual works closely with the Residential Manager to ensure that each person served is working toward progress on their treatment goals. The Mental Health Professional is responsible for ongoing clinical development and implementation of therapeutic interventions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct therapy Complete documentation as required Establish and review treatment plans as required Complete monthly contacts with family of persons served Participate in clinical supervision twice per month Participate in court (as needed) and prepare documentation for court Complete service planning for each person served Provide clinical expectations specific to each person served in and out of the treatment meeting Consistently completes all required documentation with established timelines Maintains written documentation in a clear and concise manner Accountable to complete tasks as required

REQUIREMENTS
Education Master's Degree in Human Services Related Field Licensure N/A Years of Experience A minimum of two year's experience Computer Experience Basic computer experience, proficient in Microsoft Word Other Must be customer and team focused in order to accomplish treatment goals.
