Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our mental health services team. In this role, you will provide expert clinical support to clients, helping them navigate mental health challenges and improve their overall well-being. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives while working within a collaborative team. This is a 1099 independent contractor position and the ideal candidate will be available to work at least 2 evenings a week. Duties Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions in accordance with licensed practice standards. Communicate effectively with clients to build trust, facilitate open dialogue, and support their mental health journey. Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation of all client interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to coordinate care and ensure holistic client support. Monitor client progress regularly and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals. Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards at all times, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational policies. Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision to stay current with best practices in mental health care. Skills Valid licensure in Pennsylvania as a Mental Health Professional (e.g., LPC, LAPC, LSW, LMFT, LCSW) Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement and documentation. Strong clinical judgment and the ability to develop appropriate treatment strategies. Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help individuals improve their mental health. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in clinical documentation. Knowledge of current mental health practices, ethical guidelines, and confidentiality requirements. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
