This role focuses on delivering evidence-based care, supporting recovery goals, and coordinating services to meet the comprehensive needs of individuals served.

Your responsibilities may include:

Therapeutic Services Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices Partner with individuals to develop and achieve recovery goals related to mental health and/or substance use disorders Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Support aftercare planning and follow-up services Caseload Management Maintain an active caseload and ensure consistent client engagement Track treatment plans and documentation to meet program and funder requirements Participate in clinical team meetings to review treatment progress and discharge planning Identify and coordinate additional resources and community supports Advocate for individuals to ensure access to necessary services and supports Administrative & Compliance Complete timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Ensure compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and organizational standards Provide supervision to non-licensed staff as required Respond to crisis situations and provide appropriate intervention Perform additional duties as assigned Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: ✔ Compassionate ✔ Dependable ✔ Patient ✔ Team-Oriented ✔ Service-Focused ✔ Professional ✔ Positive ✔ Committed to Helping Others Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required Master's degree in a human services field preferred State certification or licensure required or ability to obtain within designated timeframe Minimum of 2 years' experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders At least 1 year of experience in substance use/drug and alcohol treatment Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems Required clearances (as applicable):
