Provive Wellness Job Description Provive Wellness is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our team in Scranton, PA for our new outpatient behavioral health facility. This clinician will provide high-quality individual and group therapy services to clients in Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) levels of care. We are looking for someone who is clinically strong, organized, compassionate, and able to maintain excellent documentation and compliance standards while helping clients work toward meaningful recovery and mental wellness. Responsibilities Provide individual and group therapy services for clients in PHP and IOP Manage an assigned caseload and maintain required client contact frequency Complete clinical assessments and maintain updated treatment plans Ensure treatment plans reflect assessed needs, diagnoses, and medical necessity Monitor attendance, engagement, and follow up on missed sessions Coordinate care with psychiatry, case management, and other members of the treatment team Support utilization review and provide documentation for authorizations when needed Ensure urine drug screening requirements are addressed and documented when clinically indicated Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in the EMR Participate in supervision, staff meetings, and quality improvement initiatives Report safety concerns, incidents, or urgent clinical issues promptly Maintain compliance with state regulations, payer requirements, HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and company policies Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active Pennsylvania clinical license in good standing
