COMPENSATION
Base Salary:
$60,000-$75,000 based on experience. $1,000 monthly health insurance stipend. Student loan repayment eligibility. 100% employer-paid dental and vision insurance. 401(k) retirement plan.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Provide outpatient behavioral health services for patients across the lifespan. Conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual psychotherapy. Treat a variety of mental health and substance use disorders using evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Collaborate with primary care providers and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards. Build meaningful therapeutic relationships while practicing in a supportive outpatient setting.
WHY COUNSELORS ARE APPLYING
Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. No nights, weekends, or call responsibilities. Average caseload of approximately 5 patients per day. Strong clinical autonomy with full administrative support. Up to 3 weeks of Paid Time Off plus 9 paid holidays. Paid CME time with continuing education allowance. $100,000 employer-paid life insurance. Employer-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage.
Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Current Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license. Experience providing psychotherapy and behavioral health treatment. Ability to complete behavioral health assessments and treatment planning. Experience treating mental health and substance use disorders. Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
