You will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and facilitate their journey towards improved mental health and emotional well-being.
Job Responsibilities:
Provides clinical services to assigned clients as per the guidelines of licensing agencies and ensures compliance with policies and procedures as well as with regulatory and licensing agencies. Performs individual and group therapy Provides appropriate documentation which includes: developing treatment plans and monthly reports on client behavior, attitude, achievement, education, and overall progress in the program. Analyzes and interprets client records, behavior, progress, and treatment plans in relationship with treatment services. Participates in Multi-Disciplinary Treatment team meetings (MDT's) regarding client behavior, diagnosis, and progress as a member of the treatment planning team. Ensures all documentation is completed in a timely manner and meets regulatory compliance. Ensures that goals and objectives from clients' individualized treatment plans are being addressed; Modifies clients' individualized treatment plan as needed. Works closely with clinical director, case managers, treatment supervisors, senior treatment supervisors and education department to ensure that all youth involved in work program fulfill restitution, and court costs and fines obligations. Helping Others Qualifications Education and Experience:
Master's degree in social work or similar field and preference will be given to those that have at least one (1) year of clinical experience.
Other Qualifications:
At least twenty-one (21) years of age Must have a valid Driver's License Physical exam that includes TB and drug testing. Must pass both federal and state background checks which screen for crimes including, but not limited to drug related crimes, violent crimes, sexual abuse, domestic violence, child abuse, and repeated misdemeanors. Satisfactory completion of background screening and applicable pre-employment checks, including but not limited to employment and/or personal reference and driving records. Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.
