Unit Pay Range:
$55,204

  • Position Summary Therapist responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary treatment team to support positive treatment outcomes and successful community reintegration.
The Specialized Therapeutic Residence for Intellectual and Developmental Empowerment (STRIDE) program is a Joint Commission-accredited residential treatment program serving children and adolescents with complex behavioral health needs who require intensive, longer-term treatment. Position Qualifications EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Must have a Master's Degree in a Human Service related field License eligible preferred. Such as Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), National Certified Counselor (NCC), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and/or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS).
