Overview Join our faith centered Christian practice as an Associate Therapist, where you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based Christian counseling services to diverse populations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, develop your clinical skills, and make a meaningful difference in clients' lives. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing individual, couple, and family therapy, and supporting clients through their mental health journeys using innovative treatment approaches alongside faith based counseling. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards and HIPAA regulations. Provide evidence-based psychotherapy including cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and behavioral therapy, to children, youth, and adults. Utilize modalities such as couples therapy, family counseling, child & youth therapy to address diverse client needs. Engage in crisis intervention and crisis management to ensure client safety and stability during emergencies. Maintain accurate medical records using EMR/EHR systems while adhering to

ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT

coding, and ICD coding standards for documentation accuracy. Collaborate with supervision team to coordinate care for clients with co-occurring disorders or complex needs. Participate in clinical research initiatives and data collection efforts to support continuous improvement of treatment practices. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field (LPCC, MFT). Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or couples. Knowledge of psychotherapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing, behavioral management, grief counseling, PTSD care, and addiction counseling. Familiarity with telehealth therapy platforms and clinical documentation standards is preferred. Strong understanding of medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding, and medical records management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively across individual and group settings. Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively while demonstrating cultural sensitivity and ethical integrity.
