Our agency values growth, innovation, and the well-being of our clients and staff. We specialize in trauma-informed care and individualized treatment services for children, adults, and families. Position Overview We are seeking dedicated pre-licensed therapists (LAMFT, LPC-A, LMSW) who are passionate about making a difference in the mental health field. This role is ideal for professionals working toward full licensure. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy to a diverse client population. Complete comprehensive assessments and treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (e.g., progress notes, BIRP notes). Collaborate with supervisors, clinical directors, and interdisciplinary teams. Attend required supervision, training, and staff meetings. Follow ethical guidelines and agency protocols. Qualifications Must hold one of the following credentials in Georgia LMFT-A
  • Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
  • Associate LPC-A
  • Licensed Professional Counselor
  • Associate LMSW
  • Licensed Master Social Worker Strong commitment to ethical practice and professional growth.
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Preferred (Not Required) Bilingual (Spanish/English or other languages) Experience working with children, adolescents, or trauma Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., TheraNest) What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience and caseload Flexible schedule
