Supervise clients effectively and compassionately, supporting parenting with ABA, collaborating with other professionals, and using clinical tools to make data-driven decisions and quickly update programs. Conduct FBAs and design individualized programs, continuously assessing client needs to help each person reach meaningful goals. Partner with parents to encourage optimal outcomes while minimizing conflict. Engage in clinical collaboration, from weekly supervision meetings to division and IEP meetings.
