Key Responsibilities Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address a broad range of mental health issues. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care and promote best practices in mental health treatment. Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay informed of current trends and practices in mental health. Patient Population / Client Focus As a Clinical LPC, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
