Mesa Vista Wellness is a trusted provider of behavioral health and substance abuse services in Northern New Mexico. Rooted in a commitment to client-centered, culturally responsive care, we offer individual, group, and family therapy across the spectrum of mental health and addiction recovery. Our Santa Fe location is expanding and we are seeking passionate, experienced professionals to join our collaborative team.Position Summary:
We are seeking licensed contract therapists and counselors to provide clinical services in behavioral health, mental health, and substance abuse treatment. Ideal candidates are experienced in trauma-informed care, client engagement, and evidence-based modalities. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and values-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy to clients with mental health and substance use challenges
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with clinical and ethical standards
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in accordance with agency and funding source requirements
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and trainings as needed
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
- Licensure in the State of New Mexico (LMHC, LMSW, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, LADAC or similar)
- Experience in behavioral health and/or substance use treatment preferred
- Familiarity with Medicaid and clinical documentation requirements a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or Indigenous languages) is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a heart for community healing and transformation
