Completes screenings and assessments Provide evidence-based outpatient therapy (individual, group, and family) to culturally diverse clients of all ages. Assess and treat mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders according to best-practice documentation standards. Develop treatment plans with patient goals and needs, involve family/collaterals as appropriate, conduct treatment plan reviews with patients as needed. Completes case reviews, evaluations, and review and audit of charts. Collaborates with staff to ensure patient needs are met. Why SalusCare?
