Key Responsibilities In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will undertake a variety of critical tasks, including: Conducting thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' history and determine tailored treatment paths. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans centered on trauma recovery, personal growth, and resilience-building strategies.
