Job Description
We are seeking Contractual Licensed Mental Clinicians to join our team on a part-time, hybrid basis in Charlotte and Kannapolis, NC. This contract role is ideal for a licensed mental health professional who is passionate about delivering quality behavioral health services to clients of diverse backgrounds. Provide direct clinical services including individual, group, or family therapy sessions
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and agency standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, case managers, and community resources to coordinate care
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
- Participate in crisis intervention and safety planning when required
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards of licensed clinical practice Active state licensure as a mental health clinician (LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, or equivalent)
- Experience conducting clinical assessments and providing evidence-based therapy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and managing a flexible caseload Nice to Have
- Experience working with children and specialized populations
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Bilingual skills are a plus
