In this role, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, in outpatient settings. You will utilize evidence-based practices to support clients through their mental health journeys. The Contractual Therapist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering individual, group, or family counseling sessions. Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to accurately document client conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet each client's needs. Provide individual, group, or family counseling sessions addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief, substance use treatment including abuse and addiction, attention deficit disorder, autism spectrum disorders, and chronic pain management. Provide in-person and telehealth counseling sessions. Maintain detailed medical records and documentation compliant with HIPAA regulations; ensure accurate coding using CPT codes for billing purposes. Preferred Qualifications and Skills LMSW preferred, LLMSW considered. LLMSW Supervision included in contractual employment. Proficiency in various psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Experience working with individuals, families and groups. Experience working with adolescents and adults with substance use / addiction issues. Knowledge of

ICD-9/ICD-10

coding systems for accurate diagnosis documentation; familiarity with CPT coding for billing procedures. Client assessment skills combined with the ability to develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate medical terminology and behavioral health best practices. Telehealth experience for delivering remote counseling services efficiently across various settings. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality and security of medical records; experience with medical documentation is required.

Pay:

$55.00 - $62.00 per hour
