Job Summary Hiring Counselors to conduct 45 minute therapy sessions for patients.

Hybrid Harford County, MD & Baltimore County, MD offices available

Requirement:

Maryland Licensed Patient Demographic:

Ages 6-65+ Commonly work with Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, PTSD, and Schizophrenia Predominantly Maryland Medicaid insured patients Responsibilities Hold individual patient sessions using methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation adhering to HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation guidelines within EHR system Collaborate with case managers and psychiatrists for clients Conduct diagnostic appointments, as well as routine follow-up appts. Experience Entry-level to seasoned counselors welcome to apply Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults in outpatient or inpatient settings within behavioral health or mental health settings. Demonstrated expertise in psychotherapy modalities Knowledge of crisis management protocols and experience providing crisis intervention in high-pressure situations.
