Role Looks Like:

Located in Flagstaff, AZ Primarily in-person sessions, with the option to offer virtual appointments when needed W2 structure with flexibility to make own schedule within available office hours Clinical supervision included for those with associate licenses We handle the front-end: client referrals, scheduling the first appointment, marketing, and more All administrative functions—billing, insurance, office logistics—are taken care of by our team Stipends may be offered to support continuing training after consistent employment

What We're Hoping You Bring:

A current Arizona license: Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Associate Counselor, Licensed Master Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT) Willingness to provide in-person care in the Flagstaff area A desire to shape your caseload around your skills, passions, and values An independent spirit paired with an appreciation for being part of a respectful, connected team Experience with trauma-informed modalities is preferred Ability to manage your schedule and maintain consistent sessions with clients Ability to complete documentation in a timely manner If you're ready for a work environment that supports your well-being while empowering you to do the clinical work you love, we'd be excited to connect.
