Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health statuses and needs. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work primarily with a diverse array of adult clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma. Qualifications A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. A current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). A minimum of three years' experience working in a mental health setting with evidence of successful client outcomes. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this role ranges between USD 120,000 and 130,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
